    When you feel your life has meaning and purpose, you feel more fulfilled and hence happier as a result. One of the ways that you feel fulfilled is when you find a job you love. As a busy mother, you would have most likely made the transition from career woman to motherhood and are now either close to returning to work, or already struggling with the juggle of raising a family and finding/succeeding in a job you love.

    This period can be met with anxiety, guilt and pressure, as you try to fulfil your own needs, whilst being a good parent.

    Often people in your lives will have their opinions about when, where and how often a mother should work and if these people voice their opinions out loud to you, they can make you decision to return to work even more stressful.     Our Career Program

    We offer a 6 week program to help you rediscover your passions, expertly manage work stress and mentally, emotionally and physically find the right work-life balance that works for you. We focus on ensuring you parent with self compassion and confidence, in order to reduce resentment, guilt and unnecessary pressure to be perfect.

    Together we work on strategies to manage stress in order to perform at your best as a busy mum.

    As part of this program you undertake a range of career profile tests, including the most comprehensive analysis of your personal and professional career personality – the MYERS-BRIGGS test. This test will assist you in finding the career most suited to your personality and personal preferences. It will help you to understand your motivations, relationships and how you generally like to operate in the world. Then we work on your career plan. So you walk out of the 8th session with a clear view of where you are headed and how to get there.
